The three-dimensional microstructure of dentin, the tissue under enamel in the tooth, is still poorly known. Using tools such as confocal laser scanning microscopy [Vennat2017] or FIB-SEM, I am contributing to its characterization.
I'm developing in situ mechanical testing of dentin under SEM. Here, a micro-sample is presented [Vennat2020].
